Small Group Bible Studies are key to disciple-making at Hope Christian Church. It is within the context of community that we can equip the saints for ministry, fulfill the mission, and coach others into leadership. In effect, small group gatherings are intentional places to coach and mentor others to follow Jesus.
We're here to partner with parents in building a strong foundation of faith in our children. As with our adults, we want every part of this ministry to focus on glorifying God through the making of disciples of Jesus Christ.
At Hope, we integrate our school-age children into our morning worship service with parents. During the service, our kids are provided with lap-activities.
We also provide nursery care for babies, in a room adjacent to the worship center.
Our volunteers are trained and screened prior to working with children, and parents are always welcome to stay with their children in their classroom if they prefer.
SUNDAYS: Following the morning service, adults, youth and college age students gather at tables to discuss questions tied to the sermon topic. This "TABLE TIME" discussion is a great way to begin the discipleship process, meet new people, and dive deeper into your faith.
MIDWEEK: Small group Bible Studies for adults take place in homes or coffee shops periodically around the valley. These home groups are ongoing, and the couples learn to share life together as they grow into disciple-making disciples.
There are also short-term topical studies, that meet at coffee shops or homes, that address things like parenting, marriage, manhood, overcoming tragedy, etc.
If you would like to find out about the current studies and/or meet a teacher over coffee, contact Pastor Kevin HERE, and he will get the ball rolling.
